🏠 General
Relokates covers over 475 locations across London, Essex, Kent and West Sussex. This includes all 33 London boroughs, over 65 towns in Essex including Chelmsford, Basildon, Colchester and Southend-on-Sea, 80 locations across Kent including Maidstone, Canterbury, Gravesend and Sevenoaks, and 55 locations in West Sussex including Chichester, Crawley, Horsham and Worthing. We also offer specialist international removals on the London to Dubai corridor.
Yes. We carry comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance covering the full replacement value of your belongings during the move, plus full public liability insurance. Both policies are active on every single removal. Proof of insurance documents are available on request before you book.
Yes. Every Relokates quote is a fixed price. The amount we quote is the amount you pay. There are no additions on moving day for stairs, parking delays, heavy items or additional time. What we quote is what you pay, every time.
Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 2pm. We also offer out-of-hours and overnight moves for office relocations by arrangement. Call us on 07359 724844 to discuss your requirements.
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your move date for standard house removals. During peak periods including school holidays, end of month and summer, book 8 weeks ahead. For international Dubai moves allow 8 to 12 weeks. Once you have exchange of contracts, book immediately to secure your preferred date.
Yes. We operate Saturday and Sunday across all our coverage areas. Weekend moves are popular for house removals as they avoid weekday work disruption. Book early as Saturday slots fill fastest.
🏠 House Removals
Every Relokates house removal includes: pre-move planning call, protective wrapping of furniture and fragile items, careful methodical loading, secure transit, placement of items at your new property exactly where you want them, and removal of all protective materials. Furniture disassembly and reassembly is included for straightforward items.
Completion delays happen. If delayed, we wait with your belongings for a reasonable period at no additional charge. If the delay is significant we can arrange temporary storage. We always work with you to find the best solution and never leave you stranded on moving day.
Yes. Our crew disassembles beds, wardrobes and flat-pack furniture where needed and reassembles everything at your new property. Included for straightforward assembly at no additional charge. Specialist or complex furniture may be quoted separately.
Yes. We regularly move upright and grand pianos. Our piano-trained crew use specialist boards and equipment. Grand pianos are quoted individually based on size and access conditions at both properties.
🏢 Office Removals
Yes. The majority of our commercial clients choose evening, overnight or weekend moves to avoid business disruption. We offer these across all our coverage areas. Your team walks into a fully operational new office on Monday morning.
Yes. We work closely with your IT team to plan the shutdown sequence and safely transport all hardware. Every piece arrives in the correct position at your new location.
A small office of 5 to 10 people can typically be moved in a single overnight operation. A larger office of 50 to 100 people may need a full weekend. We provide a clear timeframe during pre-move planning.
📦 Packing
Yes. We offer full pack, part-pack and materials-only options. Full pack means our team packs your entire property using professional materials. Part-pack covers specific rooms or fragile items only. Materials-only supplies professional-grade boxes and packing materials for you to use yourself.
Yes. Items packed by our team are covered by our full goods-in-transit insurance. This is one of the key reasons we recommend professional packing for fragile and high-value items.
Yes. We offer professional unpacking at your new property, removing all packing materials and placing items where you want them. Your new home can be ready to live in from day one.
🔒 Storage
Yes. We offer insured, monitored short and long-term storage. Ideal for completion gaps, renovation works and downsizing. We collect from your property, store everything securely and deliver to your new address when you are ready.
Storage costs are based on the volume of items and the duration. We quote a clear weekly or monthly cost with no setup fees or hidden charges. Collection and delivery costs are quoted separately. Minimum storage period is one week.
🌎 International and Dubai
Yes. We specialise in the London to Dubai removal corridor. We manage the complete process including professional export-grade packing, customs documentation, secure sea or air freight shipping and destination support in Dubai.
Sea freight typically takes 5 to 9 weeks door to door. Air freight is 5 to 10 days but significantly more expensive. Allow at least 8 to 12 weeks from enquiry to delivery to ensure all logistics and customs arrangements are properly in place.
UAE prohibited items include alcohol, pork products, narcotics, weapons, certain medications and politically sensitive material. We provide a complete prohibited items list during your pre-move consultation.
